I graduated from the Glasgow School of Art in 2001 (BA Hons - Fine Art Photography) and have been working hard to establish myself as a respected professional photographer and artist ever since. I specialise in long-exposure photography (the art of ‘light painting’) and macro photography (my ‘Little People’ series). For the past 12 years I have been teaching my Photography Workshops to amateur and professional photographers, and in 2018 I also began teaching these Workshops in schools. My Light Painting & Macro Workshops offer attendees the following benefits: Each Workshop: - encourages group thinking and working collaboratively - is a very immersive experience and helps attendees to drop their inhibitions and freely express themselves through making the artwork - offers the more senior pupils the chance to create innovative and creative imagery that can be used in portfolio submissions for Art Schools / Colleges - encourages interaction between all age groups - offers valuable CPD hours to the teachers who attend - includes a copy of my interactive eBook(s).
