Part of the Mind the Art Gap ECT Ecosystem Programme.

Action Learning Community Drop-in Sessions are monthly collaborative problem-solving groups, led by Ollie Briggs, that members of the programme can join on a flexible basis.

The MTAG Ecosystem is a CPLD programme designed to support Early Career Teachers in Secondary & FE art and design by establishing a relational, self-organising learning ecosystem rooted in participatory action research and co-created knowledge.

This course will provide participants with practical tools and insights to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students, particularly those with SEND, enhancing their professional practice and contributing to successful outcomes for students with SEND in Art & Design.

This is the final session of Leading Art & Design: Exploring your Educator-Artist-Researcher professional identity in the post-16 sector

Each session of this course will focus on each identity of the Educator-Artist-Researcher, drawing on the network of enterprises. Participants will explore visual ways of working, provocations, theory, and reflection.
